Women's Leadership Alliance - Centering Wellness in Professional Success

Now, more than ever, we are recognizing the importance of building health and wellness activities into our everyday lives. As home and work life merge, the stressors and demands on our minds and bodies seem endless. For Black women in positions of leadership, these demands can be ten fold.

The next Women's Leadership Alliance will focus on ways to heal the mind and body through therapeutic massage and movement. Helen G. Caddie-Larcenia, LMT, CKTP, will discuss the benefits of therapeutic massage and offer free 30 minute chair massages for all attendees. She will be joined by Rene "Goddess" Johnson, choreographer, actress, and educator who will lead a thirty minute group movement workshop on the importance of integrating play into our daily lives.

We encourage women in leadership at all levels and all sectors to attend, especially those who "just don't have the time." Connection is rejuvenation.
