SAVE THE DATE - Leading Through Change - Coming Full Circle

Our first gathering of 2021 will be offered as an in-person walking conversation around Back Cove Trail and conclude with an outdoor luncheon.

Join us as we take our Women’s Leadership Alliance on the move. We will be gathering for a walk around the Cove to acknowledge our successes and challenges as we continue to lead our organizations, businesses, departments, teams etc. through change in general and the pandemic in particular.

Were you knocked off your tracks and still struggling to get back on? Did you adjust your leadership style to adjust to new circumstances? IS the new workload overwhelming? Are you discovering the best of your leadership capabilities?

As a group, we will help our fellow leaders problem-solve their dilemmas and share resources and expertise to move our challenges to success.
